CRMO is the HA Cluster Clinical Research Support Office for New Territories East Cluster (NTEC) to provide the following support for frontline healthcare professionals and proactively encourage participation in clinical research.

Provide advisory and support services for frontline staff

Consultation service on study design and conduct
Facilitation on research ethics application and approval processes

Encourage staff’s participation in clinical research

Research promotion and training
Providing incentives and acknowledgement (e.g. research grant, research award)

Cluster’s contact point for research-related matter

Collaboration with Central Clinical Research and Innovation Office, investigators, sponsors, and external parties

Monitor research performance at Cluster’s level and report to Cluster and Head Office management

Measurements for continuous monitoring and reporting
